Terms

Last updated October 28, 2026. These terms are between you and Mizu Development LLC, which runs Storehand.

What we do

We create seller accounts and stores on the platforms you choose, fill out and submit their applications using the details you give us, and follow up until each platform decides. On the partner plan we also manage your listings, set up social profiles, make or schedule creatives, and publish posts on your behalf.

Your accounts stay yours

Every store is opened in your business's name. You own the accounts and anything in them. When you export your details, change each password and we delete our copy.

What you agree to

• The details you give us are true and you are allowed to use them for your business.
• You will do the steps only the owner can do, like identity checks, video calls and entering a card for platform fees.
• You follow each platform's own rules. Platform fees are billed to you by the platform.

Approvals

Each platform decides on its own applications. We cannot promise any platform will approve a store, though we keep following up and fix whatever they ask for.

Payment and refunds

Setup is $149 per store, paid up front. If we have not started on a store yet, ask and we will refund its setup fee. Once we have submitted an application the fee is not refundable, because the work is done whether or not the platform approves it. The partner plan is $399 a month, billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime from your settings; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
